I showed my government id to ppl working at the counter to check in. I told her that my id is in korean. Then, she said “i cant read chinese or what ever launguage of urs.” This is obviously racism. Then, the other man next to her said “no.. korean. we are sorry”. like that. After that, the woman noticed that it is a racism and then she said “ahhh im sorry korean” This is a obvious racism i am telling u. Also they added 150 dollars pet fee. Staying was 143 dollars and pet fee is 150 dollalrs? Insane

Room was clean & housekeeping came every day. Location is good, right next to campus. Staff was very nice during check in & offered free water. Staff was less nice during check out, but allowed us to store our luggage. Housekeeping would reset the AC temp too high, so that the room was too hot upon return. No free breakfast offered. It is difficult to send mail to this address, as it considered part of campus.
